The sports massage is best for those looking to improve their sport’s performance or get relief from a chronic condition. The sports massage has a deeper touch to break through all those tough adhesions!

  • Stretch sessions require athletic shorts as the minimum for men. Athletic shorts/spandex and a sports bra are the minimum for women.

    Massage sessions are to the comfort level of the client!

  • It’s based on how much pain you are in, what movement you do in daily life, and how much self care you already commit to. For most people 1-2 times a month is sufficient, but if any of the previously listed are above or below average, then you could require more.
